Castlemaine-Maryborough Rail Trail Inc.
Castlemaine-Maryborough Rail Trail Inc. has recently been formed to promote the transformation of the disused railway corridor from Castlemaine to Maryborough into a rail trail that will provide another great local place to ride and attract tourists to these two cities and the regional communities of Guildford, Newstead and Carisbrook. Some visitors will be able to catch a train to one end of the trail and back home from the other end.
